By guiding the sensor on a slide over the cake, we ensure optimum interaction between the sensor and the product. Thanks to support with counterweights, the contact pressure is minimal so that the surface of the cake remains unaffected.

The MoistureScan XT was developed for precise moisture measurement downstream of chip dryers. Our system works precisely and with long-term stability even at high temperatures of up to 140 °C and low moisture levels between 1% and 5%.
The MoistureScan XT can be used in a variety of flexible ways: whether directly at the dryer outlet, in the chute, in a screw conveyor, in the storage containers, or behind the rotary valve – our system offers numerous installation options. The only thing you need to ensure is that the measuring head is covered with product.
